Horse riding in Cape Verde

The long expanses of white sandy beaches on the island of Sal are perfect for horse riding.

You will go through the traditional salt pans in the centre of the island and arrive at the long stretch of beach where, depending on your ability, there will be an opportunity to trot, canter or even gallop through the waves before heading back.

All rides are guided and vary in length depending on ability.  After a short briefing riders are kitted out with helmets and introduced to their horse. If you are pre-booking then it is important to advise us of your experience/ability. Once comfortable you can head out for an exciting ride towards surfers beach.
